These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between mawartoto (hereinafter referred to as "the platform", "we", or "mawartoto") and each individual who registers and uses our services (hereinafter referred to as "member" or "you"). The mawartoto platform is accessible via the website at mawartoto.pw as well as through the official mobile app available for Android and iOS.

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing the mawartoto website or downloading our mobile app, you automatically agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, along with the Privacy Policy and all other policies published by mawartoto from time to time. This agreement takes effect from the date you first access our platform.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and mawartoto regarding your use of the platform. Any verbal or written agreements made outside of this document shall have no legal effect unless confirmed in writing by an authorised representative of mawartoto.

2. Account Registration

To access the full services of mawartoto, you are required to register a valid account by providing accurate and complete information. 3. User Eligibility

Mawartoto Services open only to individuals who meet the following requirements:

• Has never previously held a mawartoto account that was suspended or terminated

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

The outcome of each game is final once confirmed by the system. mawartoto does not accept any claims to reverse completed game transactions on the grounds of dissatisfaction with the result, unless a proven technical fault on the platform's part can be demonstrated.

Should a technical disruption occur during a gaming session:

• Incomplete rounds due to connection interruptions will be resolved once the connection is restored
• Mawartoto will refund wagers if a game outcome cannot be determined due to a system failure on our end

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location for fraudulent purposes
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes

8. Account Suspension & Termination

Mawartoto reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account without prior notice where there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions
• Confirmation that the member is under 18 years of age
• Fraud, misconduct, or money laundering activities
• Unable to verify a member's identity upon request
• Requests from legally authorised law enforcement authorities

Members may also request to close their own account by contacting the mawartoto customer support team. Any valid balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions are met and there are no outstanding issues.

9. mawartoto Liability Limits

Mawartoto provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will operate without interruption or be error-free at all times. We are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform
• Loss of data or information not directly caused by mawartoto's negligence
• Damage caused by viruses or malicious software resulting from the use of third-party devices
• Game decisions made by a member based on incorrect or incomplete information

The maximum liability of mawartoto to any member under any circumstances is limited to the total net deposits made by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim.
